Myrafälle Waterfall
The Myrafälle Waterfall is located in Muggendorf, in the Vienna Alps, plunging 125 meters into the depths below.
The waterfall is formed by the Myrabach stream, originating in the hollow limestone mountains of Unterberg, 7 kilometers away.
Visitors can follow the roaring water along 26 winding bridges, boardwalks, and stairs, where five million liters of water cascade into the abyss daily. During the snowmelt, nature's spectacle is particularly spectacular.
Furthermore, at 11 thematic stations, visitors can learn all about the local wildlife and how energy was once derived from the power of water here. This destination will be especially interesting for families with children. The little ones will surely enjoy the wildlife enclosure, the large playground, the climbing park, the water playground, and the adventurous rafting on the Myrateich lake.
