We would like to inform you that according to the legislation in force, after 1 September 2021, all guests using accommodation services in Hungary will be required by law to have their personal data recorded by the accommodation provider in the accommodation management software via a document scanner and then transferred to a storage space, the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA).

Failure to present the document will result in the accommodation provider refusing to provide the accommodation.

Guests are kindly requested to ensure that all family members have valid documents before travelling.

The dress code in our Green Garden restaurant is smart casual. Please consider this when getting dressed for meals.

Please wear a bathrobe only in the spa and the wellness area of the hotel.

To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required, during the high-season, the necessary amount is 80% or 100%. The deadline for the payment is indicated in the confirmation.

The booking is only valid if holding a valid confirmation for the given period of time.

Hungary's first 18-hole golf course is located next to our hotel, covering an area of 100 hectares. Golfing guests of the hotel can enjoy a 75% discount on greenfee from Monday to Thursday and a 25% discount on other days if booked in advance.

Our extra beds are suitable for children or young adults, their normal length is 160 cm.

Pets are welcome only with prior consultation for a fee of EUR 20 / night.

Accepted payment options on site for the hotel services include cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).

• As a guarantee for your reservation please provide us either with your credit card details (type: Visa, Mastercard, / number/ expiry date) or 50% of the above confirmed total cost should be transferred to our bank account.
• The reservation can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.( 14 days while holiday periods)
• In case of cancellation within 7 days or no show the hotel is eligible to charge the full amount as penalty.
