Kőszeg Siege Days

The Kőszeg Siege Days will take place from August 7 to 9, 2026, at several locations throughout Kőszeg.

At one of the city’s most popular events, visitors can enjoy musket fire, the Kőszeg town criers, the Kőszeg string ensemble, a torchlight procession, children’s programs, the march of the Turkish army, a muster of the castle defenders, guided tours, a market opening, a city siege reenactment, and many more surprises.
