Bechtold István Visitor Center

The Bechtold István Visitor Center, established by the Őrség National Park Directorate, offers insight into the unique wildlife typical of the region, where the Carpathian Basin meets the Alps.

Through a multilingual exhibition, visitors can become experts in the world of birds. In addition to the exhibition, there are permanent and continuously renewed displays available for visitors throughout the year.

Surrounding the visitor center, there is a nature trail, while the adjacent leisure park features a playground and fire pits for visitors to enjoy.
